Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for enrolling in our 1-Year AI Program (including 10 Days Live Summer Camp, September Digithon participation, and 12 Months extension masterclasses). This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the enrollment fees paid for this complete program.

Please read this policy carefully before registering. By submitting your registration form and paying the program fee of Rs. 4,990, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Registration Fee

The fee for the complete 1-Year AI Prodigy program is Rs. 4,990 (inclusive of all taxes). This fee grants the student complete access to:

• 10-day live Summer Camp.
• Direct entry into the September Digithon with rewards up to Rs. 20,000.
• 12 monthly masterclasses (3-hours, held on the 2nd Sunday of every month).
• Lifetime access to all recorded lectures and training portals.
• Official AI Certificate backed by Kreatiwitty Labs.

2. Cancellation Policy

Because we instantly provision curriculum licenses, cloud-based coding accounts, setup community workspaces, and activate live webinar slots upon enrollment, cancellation of registration is not permitted once payment is completed.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate cost of provisioning curriculum items, all enrollments for the Rs. 4,990 program are final. No refunds will be provided for:

• Partial or complete non-attendance of the live 10-day summer camp.
• Schedule conflicts with school exams, family holidays, or school curriculum.
• Lack of technical resources (such as failure to secure a laptop or stable internet, which are clearly stated mandatory requirements).
• Non-submission of projects for the September Digithon.

If a student is absolutely unable to attend the selected camp dates due to an emergency, parents may request in writing to shift the registration to the next available camp cohort. This request must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the camp start date.

4. Duplicate Payments

In the event that you are charged twice for a single registration due to network latency or payment gateway errors, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded.

To request a refund for duplicate transactions, please write to us with proof of both payments (transaction IDs and receipts) at our contact email address. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be credited back to your original source of payment within 5-7 business days.
