Welcome to the AI Prodigy Labs website. By enrolling your child in our 1-Year AI Program (including 10 Days Live Summer Camp, September Digithon, and 12 Months masterclasses), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Enrollment terms

• The program is designed for school students in grades 6th to 12th.
• Enrolled students must have a functioning laptop or computer with a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection. We cannot provide refunds for technical issues occurring on the client side.
• Parents agree to provide valid contact information (WhatsApp number and email address) for communication regarding classroom links, Digithon entry details, and rewards.

2. Program Payments

The fee for the 1-Year AI Program is Rs. 4,990. Payment is collected securely through authorized payment gateway partners. Upon payment, the student gets full entry authorization for all camp sessions, recorded portals, and the monthly masterclasses.

3. September Digithon & Competition Rules

The Digithon will take place in September. By participating in this competition, you agree to the following:

• Only students who have registered for and attended the AI Prodigy Labs Summer Camp are eligible to participate.
• Submissions must be original work created by the students themselves, leveraging the tools taught.
• Prizes (including MacBooks, e-bikes, electric scooters, iPads, and cash rewards) are awarded based on independent judging criteria (best website, best music, or other categories). The decision of the judges is final and binding.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, welcoming, and inspiring educational environment. We expect all students to interact respectfully in class forums, chats, and comments. We reserve the right to suspend access to live sessions and community forums if any student engages in cyberbullying, inappropriate behavior, or disruptive actions, without any refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, templates, screen recordings, custom prompt lists, and software frameworks provided during classes are the intellectual property of Kreatiwitty Labs and Ventures Private Limited. You may not distribute, resell, or commercially exploit our course content.
